The Vault opens once enough canonical picks have settled to render a calibrated record. No Vault gets published on a handful of games. Selective history is exactly what this product is built to avoid.
Every book-priced pick carries a tamper-evident receipt frozen before kickoff; a model-signal pick has no book price and carries no receipt, and says so. You don't have to wait for the Vault to check one: paste any receipt hash and verify it against the committed payload yourself.
