How confidence works
Galaxy's estimate of how strong, stable, and supported a signal is. An estimate, never a promise. On spreads and totals it does not include the market's probability of the outcome. It is built only from board structure: book agreement, depth, and line movement. On moneylines it is anchored on the market's win probability and labeled as such.
What No-Bet means
Some boards are too noisy, stale, or overpriced. Galaxy tells you when passing is the smarter call, and why.
Why pay for honesty
A subscription does not buy a promise about results. It buys access to the reasoning behind each refusal, and to a record built so that you — not us — can check whether what we published matches what happened.
A record that can be edited after the fact
Every book-priced pick is written before kickoff into a hash-chained record where each entry commits to the one before it. Changing an old entry breaks the chain for everything after it, so tampering is detectable by a stranger rather than only by us.

Nothing fires on confidence. The decision is made on the gap between our lower-bound probability and the de-vigged price from both sides of that pick's own market, and the gap is shown with the threshold it had to clear.
Check itReporting a rate before the sample can support one
A category with too little settled history is reported as not judged, in those words, and no rate is shown for it at all. That is a different answer from a refusal, and the two are never collapsed into one.
Check itLetting a call vanish instead of resolving it
A candidate that cannot be evaluated is shown as not evaluated, with the specific input that was missing named — a stale quote, an absent price, a game already under way. Rows too incomplete to describe at all are counted and reported rather than dropped.

Why is the Performance page empty right now?
The Calibration Report stays gated until enough finished, graded picks have accumulated to make the published number statistically defensible. Patience over noise. That's the standard.
Which sports are covered?
NFL, NCAAF, NBA, NCAAB, MLB, NHL, and MLS. All seven with live odds refreshed regularly during games on a schedule the board gate enforces (candidate odds older than the freshness cap are refused the write).
